SECURITY AND CONTROLS ADMINISTRATOR
Function Related Activities/Key Responsibilities:
- The D365 Security and Controls Administrator has overall responsibility for either performing or supervising D365 related risk/security services including
- role design and development,
- sensitive access and segregation of duties assessments and configuration
- Working closely with ERP Governance and Compliance manager to keep GRC rulesets updated.
- The D365 Security and Controls Administrator works closely with stakeholders to identify and document the needs of the business.
- The D365 Security and Controls Administrator produces a plan for optimally addressing the needs of the business via the technical environment, where appropriate.
- Provide subject matter expertise for D365 related security and controls activities, such as D365 roles (F&O and CE), D365 segregation of duties, D365 business automated controls
- Deliver security solutions that address their specific D365 ERP needs in a meaningful way and with a value driven approach

- Microsoft Azure and Dynamics 365 F&O, CE and Power Platform roles, permissions definition and provisioning
- Sensitive access and segregation of duties(SOD) configuration
- As a Senior Application Security Analyst, you will work closely with Application Development, Quality Assurance, Technical Services and business teams to ensure our solutions are highly secure.
- Develop security test plans from architectural design; identify deficiencies and make enhancements to ensure production is not impacted
- Obtain and review all required artifacts as part of go/no go analyses at security checkpoint phases in the development cycle
- Work with the Security Governance team to provide inputs to security policies and standards based on analysis from D365 security issues.
- Work with bottler stakeholders to report, update and closure on D365 Security Audit Findings
- Identify and track security issues throughout the organization that are not in compliance against our policies and standards and work with the business to mitigate them
Education Requirements:
A bachelor’s in computer science, Information Technology or a related field of study is preferred
