Job Responsibilities

  • Key role in leading and anchoring labour relations at the Plant to ensure disruption-free Plant Operations throughout the year
  • Ensure proactive ELR actions locally – with a focus on employee relations, maintaining positive local labour relations at the Plant, and managing relationship with internal and external union(s)
  • Provide local dispute resolution through strong employee relationships
  • Labour relations liaison with local union organizations to resolve grievances, to lead local negotiations for relevant pay/ contract negotiations
  • Assist business/ line managers in making balanced business decisions while advocating for appropriate employee interventions
  • Serve as a trusted employee advisor at all levels
  • Linking, translating and integrating HR work and priorities with business/ line managers
  • Deliver recurring HR services and processes in partnership with SDT


  • Manage site employee relations
  • Administer local Labor relations
  • Feed local pulse to HRBP
  • Ensure policy consistency/compliance with rules and laws
  • Provide career coaching for local talent, with emphasis on developing new manager talent
  • Help business/ line managers solve business problems (turnover, absenteeism, etc)
  • Local community/government employment agency contact
  • Key point of contact for grievance handling for the site
  • Overall supervision for administrative accountabilities at the site
  • Assist TA to identify local sources of talent

Partner with SDT to:

  • Execute tools/programs to drive employee engagement
  • Execute communications
  • Develop local succession plans
  • Play an active role in PepsiCo values/culture/engagement work(leveraging the COE work for local activation).
  • Localize and activate global HR solutions, core processes and policies
