Job Responsibilities-pep

Main Purpose:
Develop a sustainable franchise business for East India & Bhutan. This Franchise Manager will be directly interacting with the respective MUGM and the respective HOSs for Entire East & Bhutan as a country and their teams to drive the execution of the aligned strategy. The person will be working with the Bottler’s team to ensure we deliver approximately 60 MM 8 oz cases of volume from these territories by influencing them on their GTM / S&D agendas. The incumbent will also work with the Franchise lead – VBL(N&E) , Dir- Consumer Marketing (Franchise) and his team to ensure all the new innovations are launched as per plan.

Key Accountabilities:

  • Set the agenda for bottling unit as well as PepsiCo
  • Drive Franchise Governance (based on 9FF)
  • Deliver Annual Operating Plan, share, volume, Net revenue objectives.
  • Build capability for future growth of the Bottler
  • Maintain bottler relationship to drive business alignment across Pepsico and the bottler leadership teams.
  • Strengthen the GTM and S&D footprint in the assigned geographies
  • Collaborate with bottler to implement sales automation agenda
  • Ensure Effective utilization of the FMA budgets to create maximum business impact
  • Lead the innovation agenda to build the pillar of future growth to win share in the market
  • Leverage the resources to support the unit on various key initiatives



Experience and Qualification

  • Sales and Marketing experience with FMCG companies with a minimum experience of 12-15+ years
  • MBA from Premier institute would be preferred
